PLEASE READ!

1. all art must at least be credited once; credit cannot be deleted and if is must be reposted. However you are allowed to post and repost the art freely otherwise.
--- 1a. you must tell others who made the art when asked; claiming you made it is not allowed.2. do not feed the art into AI, even once transaction ends I do not allow for my artwork to be trained on any kind of model no matter the reason;
--- 2a. this does not count if someone else has fed the art into AI.3. if the art is going to be used as advertisement (i.e thumbnails, banners, ect) then I must be informed prior during the commissioning process; this is just for personal reassurance and to understand the full use of the work I am creating for you the commissioner.4. and receding of payment without reason* will remove all ownership of the already completed work and stop/halt all current work of the said commission;
--- 4a. reasons* that are allowed can include the following (and more);
----- a. i ) no longer happy with the commission; ending the commissioning process.
----- a. ii ) payment issues; sending too much by accident.
----- a. iii ) banking issues such as fraud.5. misuse and slander of the art and my character; although editing of the work after transactions is permitted any alterations that defame, slander or hinder my work and name will revoke all use of the commission work even after transaction;
--- 5a. this can be alterations such as racism, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, incest;
--- 5b. altering the work to create lolicon, shotacon, zoophilia, necrophilia will have all rights removed and you as a commissioner blacklisted; both due to personal beliefs on the subjects and it's illegality under UK law.6. if rights of the work is rescinded for any reason above; and money has already been sent; will not be refunded as it is not a true 'refund' as you as the commissioner purposefully went against the Terms of Service.
--- 6a. however; all reasonable refunds are allowed and no money made of the commission will be spent until after a day or two of the final transaction. These can include;
----- a. i ) not happy with the final work; refunding the commission and removing any use of the final piece created;
----- a. ii ) unable to continue with the commission due to finical or situational reasons; stopping all progress (this progress will be deleted within 12 months after refunding);
----- a. iii ) any other reason not stated here that the commissioner can give; I will evaluate this reasoning then when stated.commissioning me means you follow/abide by these Terms of Service and understand (you can ask me to clarify more if needed) the terms stated above. Breaking these terms wilfully and purposefully will remove any rights you have over the work; money will not be refunded if these are broken.
